REPORTS

Report content or an account

Anyone can tell Mead, with or without an account. The team reviews every report, and the person reported never learns who reported them. If someone is in danger right now, call your local emergency number.

For ages 18 and up.

Send a report

The link, the person's @ or the Tavern's name. Optional, but it helps us find it.

Tell us what you saw and when. 10 to 4,000 characters.

Without a name and email the report is still reviewed, but we can't answer or ask for details, and an anonymous notice does not oblige us to take the content down.

How we review

  • Child sexual abuse, intimate images shared without consent and accounts of people under 18 go to the top of the queue and are reviewed within 24 hours. Once confirmed, the content comes down.
  • Other reports are reviewed within 7 days.
  • Child sexual abuse is removed, preserved and reported to the authorities, as the law requires.
  • Anyone suspended can contest the decision through the contact below.
  • A false report made to harm someone may have legal consequences.

Outside Mead

In Brazil, child sexual abuse can also be reported anonymously to SaferNet or by calling 100. Elsewhere, contact your local authorities.
